1. Responsible for daily operation and channel management of JD/Tmall to achieve the sales target.
2. Work out and execute promotion plans according to the activity rhythm of JD/Tmall platform, to improve brand exposure, traffic and sales ranking.
3. Coordinate and track logistics and warehousing, and manage dealers’ inventory.
4. Guide customer service staff to deal with customers’ inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and enhance customer evaluation, satisfaction and conversion rate.
5. Develop and maintain the relationship with e-commerce dealers and e-commerce platforms including business negotiation according to aligned e-commerce pricing strategy & channel strategy
6. Monitor and analyze sales data and competitive intelligence, including daily store traffic, conversion rate, ROI, customer concerns, competitive products, etc., providing basis for strategy making and product improvement.
1. Bachelor degree, more than 2 years' experience in e-commerce sales operation
2. Good communication skills within and across functions
3. Be able to work under pressure and have strong execution ability.
4. Can adapt to short-term business trips.
5. Have team spirit, strong execution ability.
6. Proficient in MS Office.
