Job Description

  1. Responsibility for sales in defined territory for Power Tools through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers and users
  2.  Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
  3. Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards clients
  4. Support of dealers in B2B portal
  5. Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing Dpt
  6. Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers and users
  7. Instruction and training of the trading personnel of dealers and users
  8. Usage of Dealer Management System software
  9. Information gathering about competitors & market trends

Qualifications

  1. Entrepreneurial thinking
  2. Autonomous working manner
  3. Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
  4. Basic analytical skills
  5. Willingness to travel
  6. Market expert for respective industry. Experience in sales of Power Tools advantage.
  7. PC literacy
