- Responsibility for sales in defined territory for Power Tools through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers and users
- Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
- Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards clients
- Support of dealers in B2B portal
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing Dpt
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers and users
- Instruction and training of the trading personnel of dealers and users
- Usage of Dealer Management System software
- Information gathering about competitors & market trends
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Autonomous working manner
- Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
- Basic analytical skills
- Willingness to travel
- Market expert for respective industry. Experience in sales of Power Tools advantage.
- PC literacy
