As a Customer Representative some of your daily responsibilities will be:

- Providing expert Technical Support to an Integrated Open Platform Dealer Management System (BSB, technical support for connected workshops)
- Support our dealer management solution designed specifically to serve the needs of automotive retail.
- Provide information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service.
- Identification of needs, and follow up.

Qualifications

-At least 3 year experience in Techincal Support Roles on a similar industry, managing Requests and Complaints from customers in a multi channel
customer service platform.
- Strong Command of MS Office and other basic computer tools, including Navision (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) is a must.
- Experience working with ERPs will be a big plus.
- Customer Service Orientation, quality awareness, open-mindedness and ability to learn.
- Good communication skills, critical thinking, positive attitude, team worker, works well under pressure and used to work on fast paced environments.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement Processes
- Portuguese Native Speaker (C2 Level or equivalent). Fluency in Spanish and English is also required.
- Candidates must be based and available to work full time in Barcelona, Spain. No relocation package is offered.
