We are developing 48V Drive solutions for mild hybrid electrical vehicles (mHEV) and potentially electrical vehicles. The introduction of 48V systems is an essential, cost effective move by the automotive industry towards the reduction of the emission and the fuel consumption of vehicles. The 48V Drive is responsible for the energy recuperated during braking and for transmitting the energy during acceleration for additional torque.
As a System Test Engineer, you would be responsible for the 48V Drive systems testing: performing and developing test cases according to customer requirements and actively participate in the system releases in the running generations. In addition, you would be involved into the system test development of the new generation.
Your responsibilities to achieve our common goal:
► Planning system test activities for the project according to project timing aligned with project leader and test manager
► Performing and developing test cases on two different Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environment according to customer requirements
► Analyzation and evaluation of test case results according to customer requirements
► Presenting test case results to internal colleagues, system engineering team and (in case of request) management within a review
► Cooperation with different domains across the globe (System Engineers, Software Engineers, Project Leaders)
What makes you special:
► BSc or MSc in electrical engineer study background
► You have experience in the field of system testing or similar
► You have experience in electrical machines & power electronics
► You have experience in automotive HIL systems (e.g. dSpace)
► You have experience in MATLAB
► You have hands-on experience with measurement equipments (e.g. power supplies, oscilloscope, digital multimeter,…)
► You are a self-starter with good risk management skills
► You have good English skills (German is an advantage)
► You are willing to accept responsibility
