Your contribution to something big
As a Damage analyst engineer you will be responsible for the definition of the standard processes of the damage analyses, the cost efficient operation, the uninterrupted, reliable and precise operation of the diagnosis center, the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and for the well-founded warranty decisions.
► Preparation, supervision and follow-up of damage analyses.
► Definition and elaboration of standard analysis processes regarding products returned in the warranty framework.
► Cooperation in the development of the strategy of the global, cross-product electronic components analysis, together with the plants.
► Follow-up and supervision of global analyses, including 2nd level analyses of warranty returns.
► Training of team members in the individual diagnosis centres.
► Elaboration of procedural instruction, work instructions and process instructions.
► Consolidation of global analysis results.
► Evaluation and interpretation of analysis results, including the presentation of these results.
► Coordination of the results with the individual internal stakeholders and with the customers.
► Taking decisions and initiating necessary measures of possible shut downs.
► Customer communication.
What distinguishes you
►We are looking for candidates with University degree in engineering with specialisation of mechatronics/electronics or similar field, and 3 years relevant experience on the field of development of powerpack/power transmission and drive technology. Experience with handling of analysis tools (Canalyzer, Inca) and knowledge of quality assurance methods (Six Sigma, Shainin, 8D process) is an advantage. The ideal candidate is flexible, highly proactive, has got cross-cultural competence, ready to travel. and a good team player. C1 level English knowledge is a must, German language knowledge is advantage.
