Job Description

1. Responsible for regional sales activities. Support distribution management department about the development, maintenance and management
of regional sales network .

负责在指定区域内进行客户的销售活动,配合渠道管理部门对代理商进行开发,维护和管理;

2. Support distributors to develop and maintain OEM customers, engineering companies and design institutes .

配合代理商开发和维护OEM客户,系统工程公司,设计院;

3. Implement the sales activities, fulfill the sales target and gross profit level and fulfill account receivable collection .

在指定销售区域内,完成个人和本区域的销售额和销售利润的指标,同时落实回款的回收;

4. Establish effective sales and customers visit plan and submit the report on a regular basis.

制定个人的销售计划和客户拜访计划,以及定期的销售汇报工作;

5. Coordinate to solve technology application, after service and other business problems with distributors and customers

配合分销商和客户协调解决技术应用问题,售后服务,商务等事宜;

6. Support product promotion activities and other marketing activities

配合公司进行产品推广和各类市场活动;

7. Focus on the development of industrial fields and listen to the voice of the customer, find and recommend appropriate new product and new business opportunity.

关注行业发展,听取客户需求,发现并向公司推荐新产品或者新的商业机会;

8. The other task assigned by the HoD.

部门领导安排的其他工作。








Qualifications

- Bachelor or diploma degree, major in electric, mechanical, automatic and related;

本科学历或大专以上学历; 电气/机械/自动化等相关专业;

- Relevant industrial working experience.

相关工业领域的工作经历;

- Good communication and negotiation skills both in Chinese and English;

中英文良好沟通能力;

- Solid understanding of the product and marketing of Frequency Converter, has the basic knowledge of product and product application, understand the sales system and principle of fix price ;

了解变频器行业,具备基础的产品和应用知识,熟悉基本销售原则;

- Good at Microsoft Office, like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other office software

熟练使用Windows操作系统及各类办公软件;

- Ability to work under working pressure and willing to travel when required by business

能在压力下工作并适应经常出差。
