ETAS – RTA Solutions is established in the automotive market as a high competence, high quality and effective organisation.  We pride ourselves on supporting our customers across a variety of topics with a major focus on advanced embedded systems – for example many core systems, hypervisors – classic and adaptive AUTOSAR – for example training, migration and extensions – and functional safety (e.g. ISO26262 compliance)

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to be placed as Sales Coordinator in our department in Turin, joining an international team.

The resource will support the team in the following activities:

Help shaping the future: You will handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Experience cooperation: You will respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Take on responsibility: You will coordinate sales activities by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Reliable implementation: You will store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

Qualifications

Education: Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent

Experience and know-how: Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; Solid in Computer Skills (MS Office)

Working Method: Willingness to learn and work in a scaled agile environment. Team player attitude within a diverse and multicultural environment

Personality: Strong motivation, customer orientation and result, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
