ETAS – RTA Solutions is established in the automotive market as a high competence, high quality and effective organisation.  We pride ourselves on supporting our customers across a variety of topics with a major focus on advanced embedded systems – for example many core systems, hypervisors – classic and adaptive AUTOSAR – for example training, migration and extensions – and functional safety (e.g. ISO26262 compliance)

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to be placed as Technical Customer Support in our department in Turin, joining an international team based in York/Turin/Stuttgart. 

The resource will support the team in the following activities:

Help shaping the future: You will be responsible for supporting Product Managers during the business acquisition phase, you will also attend technical customer meetings giving demonstrations.

Experience cooperation: You will  work together with the Product Development team providing team use cases and helping on understanding customer requirements, you will also be the technical bridge between customers and the Development team. 

Take on responsibility: You will support product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations with our customers. You will also support ETAS RTA Solutions regional organisations and customer engagements requiring regional and international travel.

Reliable implementation: You will contribute to software product trainings, with responsibility for second level support, also supporting the Product development team on the elicitation of customer requirements. You will offer a consultative approach in all customer contact in person, skype and phone calls.

Education: Master Degree in Computer Science, Control Engineering/Theory or Electronics

Experience and know-how: Solid experience with requirements engineering with demonstrable business analytical skills. AUTOSAR experience would be a distinct advantage. Awareness for automotive quality requirements (e.g., MISRA C, HIS) and process frameworks (e.g., aASPICE, ISO26262).
