Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to be placed as Embedded Software Developer in our department of Turin.
The resource will support the team in the following activities:
Help shaping the future: You will perform design, development and systematically test all features and modules according to an aSPICE and ISO26262-compliant development process. You will also apply and continuously improve your C skills to develop modules that are efficient, reliable, and easy to maintain.
Experience cooperation: You will develop performance-optimized and high-quality modules
Take on responsibility: You will create SW and quality artefacts required for aSPICE / ISO26262 compliance, identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
Reliable implementation: You will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Embedded C code
Qualifications
Education: Master Degree in Computer/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Experience and know-how: Strong proficiency in Embedded C, with fairly complete knowledge of the language specification. Familiarity with embedded systems design and low-level hardware interactions. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and SVN. Awareness for automotive quality requirements (e.g., MISRA C, HIS) and process frameworks (e.g., aASPICE, ISO26262). Basic knowledge of cryptographic interfaces, algorithms and Ruby (or similar scripting language)
Working Method: Interested in agile software development practices (e.g., TDD, CI, CD). Willingness to learn and work in a scaled agile environment (SAFe + Scrum). Team player attitude within a diverse and multicultural environment
Personality: Strong motivation, customer orientation and result, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills.
