Job Description

  • „  Controlling of budget, result and capacity controlling;
  • „  Business planning, forecasting and providing monthly actual;
  • „  Worldwide budget planning and charging of personnel and overhead costs;
  • „  Overhead cost controlling incl. variance analysis;
  • „  Preparation of ad-hoc analysis, decision making documents and presentations  in cooperation with controlling and other departments involved;
  • „  Special projects (e.g. developing of new business models).


  • „  University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics;
  • „  Controlling comprehension and several years of experience in this area;
  • „  Advanced IT skills (especially MS Office/Excel, SAP);
  • „  Fluent in English, German would be an advantage;
  • „  Analytical skills and understanding of figures;
  • „  Communication and presentation skills;
  • „  Systematic, precise and independent working style;
  • „  Self-confidence & assertiveness, willingness to take over responsibility;
  • „  Motivation to work in global teams;
  • Willingness to travel (when the international context will allow it).
