Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. Your contribution to something big
► Develop mechanical design solutions based on Bosch and customer specifications for instrument clusters, head units and center displays including functional and styling sensitive components, sub-assemblies, complete products
► Create 3D models, 2D drawings, analyze Bosch and customer requirements
► Technical collaboration with the international project teams, plants and suppliers
Create mechanical evaluations, calculations, feasibility studies, risk assessments, presentations
► Support mechanical component and product release
► Support activities related to development process and quality insurance such as FMEA, DRBFM, problem solving, 8D tools
► Participate in project and design reviews
What distinguishes you
► BSc/ MSc in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
► Several years of experience in similar position
► Several year of experience with at least one CAD system such as Catia, Creo etc.
► Knowledge about the industrial specific technologies, know-how: injection molding, plastics, die-casting, sheet metal, ISIR/ PPAP, DFSS, GD&T, DRBFM, problem solving methods (e.g. 5why, Ishikawa, 8D), international and automotive standards
► Fluent in English
► High abstraction ability and system thinking
► Team work, initiative, creativity, commitment
► Target oriented, structured with high level of precision and analytical skills
► Good communication skills
► Ability to work independently
