Your contribution to something big
As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for customer relationship management, particularly for
► Creating and keeping a good relationship to the customer
► Preparing and implementing the serial project sales strategy
► Gathering relevant information from market and customer
► Leading serial project teams to a successful serial business management
Your responsibility and main tasks will be:
► Processing of customer-specific topics and questions
► Contributing in the definition of the sales and customer communication strategy
► Preparing customer quotations for global series project and leading negotiations independently
► Taking responsibility for sales planning and internal reporting
► Coordinating complex foreign currency business and coordinating tasks with internal interfaces and with the business unit
► Handling technical and commercial change requests and accelerating continuous improvement measures for complex global serial projects together with the project team
► Coordination of customer requirements across departments, globally distributed plants and business units
► Leading international series and product development projects, including participation in simultaneous engineering meetings, both internally and with customers
► Drive the digitalization of sales processes and operational/administrative tasks
What distinguishes you
► Degree in economics, industrial engineering, technical business administration or comparable fields of studies
► Minimum 2-3 years work experience in technical sales, purchasing or project management, preferably in the automotive industry
► Negotiation-level English language knowledge, additional German knowledge is an advantage
► Good MS Office knowledge is required, experience with SAP and Bosch sales process is advantage
► Willingness to travel
► Communicative, team player and self-reliant and confident personality
► Ready to work in an multicultural, international team
