Bosch VHIT S.p.a.,located in Offanengo (CR - Italy), operates in the business of vacuum and oil pumps for automotive, besides master cylinders and hydro-boosters for Off-highway: for such kind of products VHIT is worldwide center of competences and lead plant within Bosch.
In Offanengo Plant there are about 500 employees.
What will you take care of?
To enforce the technical project management team we are looking for a Technical Project Engineer.
The ideal candidate is a Electronic Engineer or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in application engineering, development and project management. He is able to work in interdisciplinary teams within an international working environment, preferably in the automotive market.
Help shaping the future: You manage technical topics and prototype stages of one or more products in customer or development projects
Take on responsibility: You are responsible for product and component validation and for coordination of technical tasks related to sample activities (sample order, check for dimensional data, support during assembly process)
Experience cooperation: You are part of a simultaneous engineering team, contact with suppliers for samples and for series development
Reliable implementation: You do requirements engineering from customer SOR, you get in contact with customer and supplier to discuss technical topics, you support the series production plant in technical issues, you take part of development and design of mechanical volumetric pumps
Education: Master Degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering or similar academic background;
Experience and Know How: Experience in design and/or simulation for at least 1 years; Background in volumetric hydraulic pump design; Professional experience with CAD system (CREO is the preferred SW); Capability in project planning
Technical knowledge: Basic knowledge of powertrain components; Basic understanding of the main automotive industry production processes; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project);
Personality: goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership;
Language skills: Fluent English, German is a plus;
Interests: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
