Job Description

  • Development of calibration and testing processes and series production support for End-of-Line testing as Calibration Cogging torque, Electrical and Mechanical performance, RSU and Demagnetization test, and NVH

  • Analysis of rejects by data evaluation and physical part analysis

  • Development and implementation of improvement actions

  • Strong collaboration with Disassembly Analyze and Rework area, Engineering department in Reutlingen and manufacturing department. Improvement of OEE and FPY

  • Support for line duplication, scaling, cycle time reduction and further optimization

  • Dealing with test line suppliers, preparation of specifications, conducting design reviews, line pre-acceptance and final commissioning

  • Training colleauges in service point, maintenance and production on testing process know-hows


  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Science or Mechatronics or Physics
  • Knowledge and experience in calibration and testing processes
  • Experience in testing required
  • Experience in systematical root cause analysis, development and implementation of improvement actions
  • Good communication and systematical problem solving skills
  • Native Hungarian and good English knowledge
