- Work as an IT process expert in an international agile team with a high level of motivation and engagement
- Consulting business interface role in regards with Success Factors HCM Solutions and HR User Department with focus on authorization management, framework topics, Compliance topics and Learning Management
- Defines solution scope of change requests/user stories
- Coordinate support topics directly with the vendor
- Development and Implementation of concepts/changes in Success Factors Solution

- Expertise with mapping business requirements into IT specifications
- Experience working within international IT projects (preferably for cloud-based solutions) as part of a agile multicultural, virtual team
- Good understanding of compliance and data security topics
- Experience with Success Factors and/or expertise in the field of HR processes are considered significant assets
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics
- Experience within UX in IT product/projects will be a plus
- Excellent English, German language will be beneficial
