• Your start @Bosch is a new program that gives recent graduates an opportunity to start their career within Bosch Timisoara;
• As a new colleague of ours, you get to learn how it is to work in a corporate environment, understand how to do your tasks and do working-shadow in order to take in how to provide the best-in-class services to our happy clients;
• Besides that, you receive constant training and learn by direct contribution in work projects.

• In order to join the program, the candidates have to be up to 18 months from graduation, either college or master;
• The initial contract is signed for 3 months with possibility of extension;
• The program has a maximum duration of 15 months. During the program or at the end it might exist the possibility to be promoted on a permanent position;
• You can choose between the standard 8 hours working day or the flexible 6 hours per day. As a candidate, you get to work in operational areas such as accounting, finance, controlling, HR and much more within the global hub in Timisoara, which will grant you the opportunity to learn and develop your abilities further.
