We are looking for a candidate to be placed as Intern Junior Controller in our department of Milan.
The resource will support the team in the following activities:
Help shape the future: You will have a close look at administrative and controlling processes in place to support the future business growth and financial sustainability of the company.
Take Responsibility: You will actively help the team in managing and monitoring the relevant budgets, in defining and updating internal rule and procedures granting their harmonization with parent company directives.
Reliable implementation: You will support the team in controlling processes, in order to identify and support enhancement activities;
Experience cooperation: You will help the team in preparing costs analysis for the board of management;
Live Internationally: You will live an international environment having relationships with both the HQ Central Functions and Regional Organizations.
Education: Thesis student or newly graduated in Economics,
Experience and Know How: Academic knowledge;
Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP would be a plus;
Personality: motivation, tenacity and reliability, result orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, proactivity, problem solving, willingness to take responsibilities and good interpersonal / communication skills;
Language skills: Fluent English; German will be a plus;
Interests: Desire to growth within a complex organization open to an international environment.
