What will you take care of?
Sales engineer for Compact Hydraulic, in EM region (Europe Middle). Regional specialist and business development for Germany Area (W / SW).
Responsible for customers performance including sales strategy, new product introduction. Hold product presentations and training courses with customers.
Create and up-date 'Market Potential analysis for all customers in the area.
Increase of market share for CH in the region.
Provide Budget analysis and VPZ, for the customer in the region in coordination with area manager.
Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects, for Business review.
Attend and participate in DC sales meetings, product seminars and trade fair show
Prepare written presentations, and customer visit reports
Support for testing on start-up / prototype machines (with Engineering / SVM)
Support for Customer Claim Analyse and develop remedial measures in cooperation with DCCH/SVM
Plan, prepare and execute acquisition measures for Mobile market sector, establish and maintain regular customer contacts and support and advice customers on specific solutions for project development.
Analyse inquiries regarding contract design, period and feasibility. Tune and set interfaces.
As part of the preparation of the offer, risks must be examined and clarified (for example, technically, economically, ecologically).
Check availability, reliability and safety, clarify required additional developments.
Based on the customer specifications, calculate and evaluate data for quotation costing according to general conditions (technical, economic, ecological).
Creating quotation in SAL database.
Compare order with quotation, document deviations and clarify, if necessary, correct calculation customer and series support; Planning, organization and implementation of regular customer talks.
Process acquired orders and ensure timely delivery to customers through sales-side monitoring of the overall process. Processing and coordination of customer requests for technical changes.
Analyse the facts, develop alternative solutions as well as coordinate with design and production.
Coordinate and ensure the implementation of the measures.
Clarification of the introduction date with CH-plant and customer including coordination of the initial sample inspection report and obtaining the customer approval.
Coordination and implementation of the changes / shifts initiated by CH at the customer.
Coordination of CH quality guidelines with customer requirements.
Create forecast for the small and medium OEM’s with regular up-date.
What distinguishes you?
Education: University degree in technical field (mechanical / automation).
Experience and know-how: At least 5 years professional experience in a similar position; Good MS Office knowledge.
Working Method: Strong industrial / mobile technical sales background; Drive, self-motivated, hands-on and organized; Customer oriented; Willingness to travel
Languages: Fluent Italian and English; Plus advanced German knowledge
