- Create and direct marketing strategies and initiatives, including the development of marketing campaigns in Asia Pacific region. Specifically in Japan, South Korea and corporate communications support in Taiwan for region HQ for Bosch e-Bike Systems (Print, online, PR, events, etc...).
- Develop and implement a yearly marketing plan in close cooperation with e-Bike HQ in Germany to create a "lifestyle marketing campaign" around e-bike in Asia Pacific to include Japan, South Korea and other countries as identified.
- Adaptation and implementation of regional PR-Projects based on global Bosch e-Bikes Systems marketing strategy. Work closely with country marketing managers and agencies in japan, South Korea and other countries as identified in the marketing strategy. Advertorial activities for internal and external communication.
- Event planning and organization with country marketing managers and local trade shows in home country (Taiwan).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in strategic marketing or product management related role. (e.g. PR, online, portfolio)
• Self-directed, self-motivated
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize, and work independently as well as an integral member of a team.
• High proficiency in Excel and Power point.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural work environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Advance level of English both written and oral, Japanese and/ or Korean language a plus
• A general understanding of the cycling market and an interest in cycling activities advantageous
• Experience in driving B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and PR activities
