    Job Description

    • Routine Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports for the following, Sales Dashboard; Backorder Report; Inventory Count; Material and Master Date Errors; Sell Out Report Retail Customers)
    • Create & Maintain customer Extranet accounts suing B2B Portal
    • Create, maintain & support Material Data including New Materials, Material determinations; exclusions & inclusions; Maintain Customer master data within SAP; Initiate the set-up and processing all new customers within PT.SCS3 Help; Review queries in SCS3 help inbox and ensure timely feedback & action; Escalate reoccurring issues
    • Ensure all current and upcoming promotions are uploaded in a timely and acceptable manner without error within Promo Tool
    • List & Contract Pricing loaded without error in SAP
    • Additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by Senior Management
    • Ensure all processes are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
    • Ensure participation in CIP and Leadership Training Programs as required


    • With 2 to 3 working experience in back office plus customer service associate experience
    • Excellent in speaking and writing (English)
    • Attention to details and accuracy
    • Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
    • Team Player
    • Amenable to work in a morning shift
    • Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback
    • Client oriented
    • Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
    • Expert MS Excel application skills (Pivot, if functions, macros)
