Job Description

  • Handles practice reviews, networking events, participant progress tracking, etc.
  • Coordinate with expert trainers for delivering the trainings
  • Own the training content with support of stakeholders and suppliers. Review of training content.
  • Training calendar plan and adherence to schedule in collaboration with HRL-TD and C/TEE-IN
  • Cost-tracking for investment for the trainings ( costs related to participants , logistics, content preparation, expert/trainer effort cost etc. )


Bachelors/Masters in Electronics & Communications/Electronics/Electrical/Computer engineering

Additional Information

  • Experience of managing trainings/audit for international teams. Onsite experience at Germany for similar roles will be added advantage
  • Experience of handling programs with  cross-functional teams
  • Domain knowledge of at least one of automotive domains ( Eg. Power train, Chassis sytems etc. )
  • Domain knowledge of verification and Validation ( V&V ) including test systems ( HIL, labcars ) and test processes for automotive domain
