Job Description

Your contribution to something big

►      Design and implement sales and marketing strategy (5 P's) in the countries based on user- and channel needs with Purpose teams as global backbone. Ensure to follow a system approach with Power tools-Business units where required

►      Active contribution on increasing numeric and weighted distribution (support customer line reviews; listing wins)

►      Gain and provide user- and market insights (UX) to the product purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions - set-up product request sheet

►      Steer the business together with the sales and marketing teams in the countries

►      Execute defined regional solutions in agreement with Purpose teams

►      Provide Input for Target Business plans, Updated yearly Forecasts; define common targets with the country

►      Communication budget allocation and management

►      Support logistics topics such as demand planning, overstock
