    Job Description

    Daily Operations
       - Processing of Orders & Inquiries
       - Releasing of Orders
       - Order Management/ Tracking Inquiry
       - Handling of calls and emails for Price and Availability
       - Resolving customer complaints and issues
       - Coordination with Planners, Product Manager and other support

    Customer Satisfaction/ Experience
       - Communication for updates (ETA, etc.)
       - Invoice Release
       - Back Orders
       - Documentation (CRM)

    Qualifications

       - A degree in Automotive or any Business related course
       - Excellent communication skills both oral and written and interpersonal skills
       - Demonstrates the ability to provide outstanding customer service
       - Strong attention to details, quality conscious and result-driven
       - Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
       - Ability to multi-task and to work with minimal supervision
       - Above- average computer and analytical skills
