- Provides technical support for the Citrix users via phone, email and/or remote access
- Performs problem analysis and isolates problems of low to moderate complexity, with little guidance
- Achieves and maintains targeted statistics such as number of cases closed or issues resolved, along with other established goals
- Documents cases and resolutions clearly in the internal knowledge base, takes ownership of cases escalated
- May participate in support shifts, weekend follow the sun coverage and occasionally conduct onsite tasks
- Supports in adhoc migration activities for Citrix and Windows versions
- Experienced system administrator with power shell skills on Windows Server 2008R2 or 2012R2
- Working experience in operating environment based on Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp v7 or later
- Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to fix complex technical problems under pressure
- German language skill is an added advantage
