Job Description

Commercial coordination:

New customer application

New customer credit check

Contract management: Customer sales contract and Bosch internal service purchasing contract template, tax rate, quotation amount, payment terms, corner sign in contract

Monthly TNS forecast and invoice application, WorkON - POE SO - invoice scan and posting

Monthly project cost forecast and status reporting 

Monthly AR meeting, POE payment status check

Interface to BEG/SCC in Germany.

Monthly RBCN AR aging meeting, cash flow forecast

Customer Satisfaction:

              Customer Satisfaction survey, one per year, start - analysis - action

Foreign trade:

Contact window for outsourced customs clearance for trading, project + cost center

Contact window for GS/LOF and agency, RBCN chop, monthly bill check

Non-trading: service contract tax declaration and payment for BEG GmbH, RBLC, RBEI, RBVH

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Business, Logistic or IT.

  2. Good at mathematics and IT is preferred, good command of MS tools (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel).

  3. SAP / Bosch POE experience preferred.

  4. Willingness to take high responsibility and strong motivation to learn.

  5. Team working spirit and effective communication, also internationally.

  6. Fluent English communication is a must
