Job Description

What will you take care of?

As a Sales support, you will be part of the Internal Sales Tools team, in the Industrial Application Sales Department. You will learn how to master and manage data in our SAPCRM (SAP Cloud C4C) and E-Shop. At the same time, you will help us gathering and processing data for the Indirect Channel Sell Out project.

Help shaping the future: 

Provide concrete contribution in the Sales Tools team for daily and extra projects and activities regarding our SAP, CRM and E-Shop.

Take on responsibility:

  • Help maintain and update prices in SAP; manage and maintain codes and data updated in the E-Shop portal and in CRM (SAP Cloud C4C);
  • Collect and control data for the Sell-out Indirect Channel project;
  • Create and develop statistics; analyze customer data.

Experience cooperation:

You will support the Sales Tools team in the activities related to product mastering processes (extension of codes, MDR process, data maintenance, etc.), in SAP pricing management, in the control and maintenance of information in the E-Shop and in CRM, .

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

 Education: Degree in Management Engineering

 Know-how/Organizational and Personal Skills:

  • Good command of Microsoft Office Excel

  • "Data lover" and passion for latest technologies
  • Analytical  and organized attitude

Languages: Fluent Italian and good English
