Handles and tracks Change Requests (Issue SW)
Coordinates Change Requests (Issue SW) between customer project, customer platform and function development (Issue FD)
Registers, analyzes and agrees on Customer Requests
Develops and analyzes the impact of ECU System Requirements, System Functionality Requirements and Software Requirements, in collaboration with the system architect.
Review of requirements or architectural design elements and related verification criteria in order to ensure test ability
Carries out System & SW implementation review with function development/and if required with customer
Coordinates with support of function development the project quality documents (e.g. FMEA)
Develop Test Cases based on the requirements or architectural design elements and related verification criteria
Execute and document the SW- and System tests and verify the results
Review of Test Automation Scripts
Participation in Problem Resolution Management (identification, recording, analyzing, implementation, track to closure, monitoring)
4 to 6 years of Software development experience in Automotive Powertrain (Mx17/MDG1 platforms) domain
Working knowledge of Real Time Operating System, micro-controllers, Target HW/Emulators/debuggers
Working knowledge on communication protocols (CAN, Flexray, LIN..)
Testing experience on Engine/vehicle/test bench (HiL)
Working knowledge on SW algorithm modeling tools like MATLAB, ASCET etc.
Working knowledge on measurement & calibration tools like ETAS – INCA etc.
Working knowledge on AUTOSAR, ASPICE
Working knowledge on Requirements handling tools (like DOORs, RequestOne,.) , Configuration management tools (like ClearCase, GIT, SDOM..)
Experience in calibration is an added advantage
Experience in summer/winter trips with automotive OEMs would be an added advantage.
Experience in working with International Teams/Inter-Cultural Exposure would be an added advantage
