Job Description

What will you take care of?

You, as a Junior Concept Manager, will support the Italian responsible for AutoCrew workshop chain in the development and management of the network.

  • Help shaping the future: you will support workshops entering the AutoCrew network (including contract management, welcome kit, Corporate Identity), help implementing all network related activities (B2C promotions, technical training, support to Fleet business) and developing new initiatives to enrich the concept.
  • Contribute with ideas for new initiatives: The network is growing, so are both our ambitions and expectations for the network.

  • Experience internationality: AutoCrew is a European network. Contact and share best practices with the German headquarters and other AutoCrew Countries.

  • Conscientious coordination: Support complex process implementation for Fleet Business project.

  • Live cooperation: cooperation with Marketing department, Sales Field force, as well as workshop network representatives.


What distinguishes you?

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Management or Marketing.

  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (minimum level B2).

  • Experience and know-how: you have skills in project management and a structured approach to your work and a good understanding of processes. Experience with retail is a plus. Good skills with Excel and Powerpoint required.

  • Work style: Ability to work in team, ability to handle complexity.

  • Personality: Enthusiasm is what we’re looking for.
