Job Description

  1. Support & Creation of content in B2B
  2. Platforms using Content Management System(s) incl.
  3. Translations Support in Testing Activities within Versioning & Rollouts.
  4. First level support for regional requests related to standard features & functionalities of B2B Platform(s) supported by local IT Experts  Operational Support & Maintenance incl. User & Rights Management
  5. Support of Region with Trainings, Know how Transfer and local workshops Support in KPI Tracking & Web Analytics

 

Qualifications

  1. English on a level B2
  2. Experiences with B2B Commerce systems (e.g. Hybris, Magento, others) SAP ERP processes know how is a plus.
  3. Experience in media asset management, CMS and CRM Systems is a plus.
  4. Demonstrated abilities to handle multiple concurrent requests effectively with varying tasks and priorities
  5. Interest to learn new processes of all integrated relevant touchpoints of B2B eCommerce Portal
  6. Database Management
  7. Database Adminisrator
  8. User Management and creation
  9. User Administration
  10. Geographically mobile: candidates must be willing and able to travel.
