Job Description

  • Responsible as main interface with major customer / product with effective coordination internally in addressing issue;
  • Responsible for customer order management;
  • Analyze customer demand and customer pull pattern for inventory control at plant and external warehouse including minimize overhanging materials;
  • Maintain, check and ensure accuracy of demand loading in SAP for MRP run to fulfill customer requirement based on priority;
  • MRP run to fulfill customer requirement based on priority;
  • Prepare capacity plan and identify constraint in advance to fulfill customer requirement;
  • Prepare and release production schedule / forecast to production with the aim to optimize the materials as well as resources;
  • Coordinate and follow-up with various departments to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities in order to meet customer’s requirement;
  • Set priorities with the operational logistic section on the movement of finished products for timely shipment;
  • Strategic planning to minimize special premium cost (e.g. change of ship mode) to support situation requirement;
  • Prepare report e.g. performance, attainment report etc. as and when needed;
  • Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. supplier kanban, production kanban, leveling and EPEI for continuous improvement; and
  • Distribute knowledge, lessons learned and good practice (shared intelligence) to improve performance and achieve competitive advantage for LOG team.


  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline with related working experience in logistic, supply chain;
  • Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain is an advantage;
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment planning function;
  • Order management and production planning function is required;
  • SAP knowledge in PP modules is an advantage;
  • Any MRP system knowledge preferred;
  • Ability to work independently and team player;  
  • Computer literate with an aptitude for figures; and
  • Proficient in English language both writing and spoken.
