Job Description

The HR BP advises and supports line manager and associates in all relevant areas of responsibility in tactical and operative HR matters. The role acts as a sparring partner for the line manager in his area by exchanging views freely and as a corrective where necessary.

The HR BP facilitates the HR initiatives in his area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures. The role ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his area of responsibility.

  • Consultation for manager on all HR matters/ Execution of HR Cycle Programs talent acquisition, recruiting & staffing management, and career development to business units

  • Implementation of sustainable and efficient HR Processes and Policies

  • Perform the recruitment process of permanent associates and internship with Hiring managers, sourcing candidates and interns, conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process

  • Monitor and participate in HR Onboarding and Off-boarding process and report

  • Provide input in developing HR local processes, policies, Benefits and etc    

  • Assist in change management and HR special projects

  • Handling all administrative tasks related to responsible HR processes i.e. letter generation , document filing

  • Organizing HR Info Day and quarterly induction for new BSSI’s associates
  • Coordinating employee annual activities i.e. New year party



  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Human resources or other related field

  • Minimum 8 years in any HR functions

  • Working experience in multinational company is preferable

  • Experienced in giving consultation for employee or management

  • Good English communication both spoken and written

  • Good team player, service-minded and work well under pressure and multi-tasking

  • Fast learner, responsible and positive personality and attitude

  • Knowledge in HR Analytics is valuable
