Job Description

Business and strategic responsibility

    • Responsible for formulating and implementing the strategy to future proof the Unit against Competence obsolescence,  Competition and Business Risks

    • Responsible for driving revenues from external customers and achieving higher value business mix from internal customer (within Bosch Group)

    • Meeting Business Plan targets: Revenue, Deployment, Profitability and Budget management

    • Strategic customer engagement to ensure Growth and repeat business with good customer feedback

    • Develop the next line of Leadership (business, Project and technical)

    • Collaboration with other RBEI/BE-BS Practice heads and key stakeholders in RBEI (Digital, Mobility..)


    • Responsible for service quality, efficiency & service levels delivery at Global benchmarks

    • Drive Customer Satisfaction through Delivery within Cost, Schedule and expected quality.

    • Engagement via:

    • Key inputs to Business Review Meetings; tracking through MIS reports, MSRs, etc.; Chair practice wide meetings
    • Focus on Total Cost to Customer and bring about improvement in the same
    • Associate engagement: deployment of various career path and associate related instruments.
    • Responsible for driving strategic initiatives like Productivity (through automation) and Outsourcing in order to be competitive


    • Associate development and engagement within the practice

    • Create and nurture a dynamic and transparent environment. through, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

    • Use of the Bosch HR instruments effectively



    • Creating and executing strategy for customers in collaboration with stakeholders

    • Working closely with Sales to develop business opportunities

    • Periodic review and reporting of business and  project status with customers

    • Ensuring customer delight through measurable business results

Technology/ Business background


    • Around 18+ Years of experience including Managing large teams, driving lines of business with a strong HR Domain tools, process and implementation expertise

    • Capability in  leading large teams / virtual teams

    • Sound knowledge of Program Management and Business Acquisition cycle in IT domain

    • Proven capability in independently pursuing large deals and setting up COEs

    • Good communication and stakeholder management

    • SL1 FK Preferred
