Your contribution to something big:
►Process responsible for the test suite
►Responsible for goal and content of test suite (Test catalogue)
►Continuous improvement and Release of test suite
►Core member in the project team
►Integration of the scope of delivery in the target system of the customer
►Support cost estimation during acquisition phase
►Work field: electric power train (e-drive)
►Test focus: interaction between hardware, mechanics, software and application (system test)
►Development of test concepts and creation of test suites as well as test cases , track system test suite schedule
►Define test environments
►Link test cases with the Doors requirements
►Cooperation with feature developers and vehicle application engineers and test bench and HIL testers
►Discuss technical solutions for test environment and test automation as part of an international team
►Derive test specification and develop test cases for functions (BFT, RST, FST etc.) based on system requirements
►Responsibility for basic functional tests, functional system- and robustness system tests
►Test case creation from specified requirements (customer, country specific regulations etc.) as well based on experience or modify the existing one
►Improve efficiency with test automation of the test environment
►Clarifies requirements uncertainties with the system engineer customer and feature owner
►Select and prioritize TC within test suite for each test campaign (incl. regression tests)
►Perform impact analysis of incidents, document test incident report
►Test execution support
►Requirements screening in terms of completeness, understanding, test environment determination (test bench, HIL, HV laboratory, vehicle)
►Create and release system test baselines for and after execution
►Review activities in terms of requirements, test cases, test suites and test results
►Organize test meetings (Test case design review, verification of Test case result and Test case report toward System Test manager)
What distinguishes you
►University degree BSc or MSc in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or related work fields
►Several years of experience within the work field: development of embedded control system
►Experience in the field of e-Drive and / or electrical Powertrain desirable
►Profound knowledge in test environment set ups (HIL, test benches, HV laboratories, vehicles) as well as test device definition (data measuring, temperature impacts, e-Machine dependencies) tool expertness within the work area automated verification with configuration management (CM) systems (such as ALM, RQM, DOORS etc)
►Domain skills (theoretical and practical) in testing and test strategies
►Experiences and knowledge within the work field inverter and electric power trains
►Knowledge about automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO26262) and ability to apply the knowledge to the daily work
►Good English skills (German would be a plus)
►Knowledge about e-mobility trends, markets and systems
►Knowledge about testing concepts, testing strategies, statistics
