Your contribution to something big:
►Responsible, central contact person for the customers to all system test related questions
►Process responsible for project system test strategy
►Recommendation about system release approval
►Core member in the project team
►Customer communication with regard to technical subjects during the entire project duration
►Support the quotation preparation
►Integration of the scope of delivery in the target system of the customer
►Development, tracking as well as adaption of the project test strategy
►Test strategy coordination in terms of customer demands and requirements
►Planning, ordering and organization of tests resources (work forces, test environments, test samples etc.)
►Planning and tracking of test activities for hard-, software (application), mechanics and system development, control and coordination of the test plan
►Identification and correction of project barriers for testing activities
►Status reporting towards project management and customer as well as the granting of release recommendations
►Continuous improvement of the department test strategy as well as test process within the work field power electronics
►Determination of the project test environments in terms of release categories, customer and requirement demands
►Organization and managing of regulars meetings (test owners, customer etc.)
►Participate in system test reviews
►Update project risk list if necessary
►Links the RQM test suites towards the RQM test plan
►Cost estimation for project acquisitions
►Support exchange information with other domains (SW, HW, calibration, etc.)
►Coordinate the goals agreement between the system development and system test
What distinguishes you
►University degree BSc or MSc in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or related studies
►Several years of experience within the work field: development of embedded control system and product development
►Experience in the field of e-Drive and / or electrical Powertrain desirable
►Enhanced knowledge regarding the development process for hard-, software and mechanics
►Tool expertness within the work area automated verification with configuration management (CM) systems (such as ALM, RQM, DOORS etc.)
►Substantiated domain skills (theoretical and practical) in testing and test strategies
►Convincing in customer contact
►Ability and power to structure complex tasks in connection with internal and external interfaces
►Knowledge about automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO26262) and ability to apply the knowledge to the daily work
►Excellent English skills (German would be a plus) ability to work within a multinational environment
►Willingness to travel
►Knowledge about e-mobility trends, markets and systems
►Knowledge about testing concepts, testing strategies, statistics
