Your contribution to something big
As a Value Stream manager of our growing area you would be responsible for planning and developing new production processes, and being an active part of the growth of our plant. Besides it will be your task to further improve the already existing processes and production lines.
► Lead, coordinate and supervise the area. Identify and analyze the personnel and technical capacity in his sphere of influence and if necessary, conduct appropriate adjustment measures.
► Plan and develop new production / assembly procedures and structures to rationalize production and the manufacturing of new products.
► Initiate and participate in the planning and procurement process of machines, equipment’s and resources in cooperation with the respective department. Ensure the timely resource and work schedule.
► Monitor compliance with the required manufacturing quality within his area of responsibility in cooperation with the quality department, check daily and analyze the test returns as well as occurring O-km complaints immediately.
► Lead, promote and develop subordinates. Motivate the employees, set up training programs.
► Set up annual goals. Report regularly the progress and achievement of targets.
► Coordinate and monitor the whole group.
► Improve the work environment.
► Evaluate safety/quality risks within the group.
► Monitor stock, keep the target stock levels, decrease inventory differences
► Plan, develop and install new Value Stream including necessary resources and infrastructures for new products
What distinguishes you
► We are looking for leaders with an engineering university degree, minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in production, preferably in automotive industry, and high level of knowledge related to LEAN tools. Fluent Hungarian and English or German knowledge is necessary. The candidate should have good communication and strong interpersonal skills, and should be willing to take initiatives and innovative solutions.
