Experience in handling Embedded Projects (At least last 2 years in Feature Owner role / Stake Holder Management role)
Strong in Requirements analysis, Requirements Management, technical skills, process management, configuration management and team handling skills
Knowledge of Requirements management tools like DOORs would be an added advantage
Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in Automotive domain e.g.: Platform development with exposure to Linux, Middleware components, system services
Good Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills (oral & written)
Good Customer Interaction skills
Experience of working and managing teams in agile setup.
Additional Skill set:
Knowledge on Car Infotainment domain (components like Tuner, Multimedia, BT-Phone, Audio, Speech)
2+ years of Feature owner role with overall experience of 7 - 9 years
