Job Description


  • Coordinate, plan and track USS packaging analysis, holder development and color development activities for Parking and Maneuvering Assistance (PMA) customer projects;
  • Coordinate, plan and track the progress of USS and holder environmental validation activities;
  • Lead USS HW development sub-projects (sensor connector modification, sensor housing modification, etc.);
  • Present project status to internal and external customers;
  • Plan and track purchasing activities of the USS and holder products during the development phase;
  • Plan and track color development activities of the USS and holder products (Follow color release process, Ensure Master panel availability, Prepare documentation for Appearance Approval, etc.);
  • Coordinate new USS component production launch at Bosch plants;
  • Ensure on time delivery of development samples for internal and external customers;
  • Support Bosch plants in case of USS product related quality claims;
  • Ensure USS product related project documentation based on Bosch PMA processes and agreed customer processes;
  • Track, evaluate and coordinate USS product related HW changes within customer project;



  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or comparable);


  • Professional experience in project management is desirable;
  • Experience in the field of automotive industry is a big advantage;


  • You take initiative and have analytical thinking, self-motivated attitude and quality oriented mindset define you;
  • Efficient work style, strong interpersonal and good coordination skills;
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations, willing to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken ;

Languages spoken:

  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage;
