Shared Services: Intelligent service solutions from a single source: As an internal service provider, we support Bosch departments such as Finance & Accounting, Purchasing and IT tech support by pooling transactional and administrative tasks.
- Maintenance of Customer Master Data in SAP, based on the requests received from internal partners (Sales, Finance Departments or Production Plants) according to specific rules;
- 1st level consulting for problems and questions related to CMD, raised by internal partners;
- Responsible for maintaining high data quality standards by following to the rules and regulations documented in the procedures;
- Support in updating the procedures for the team;
- Proactivity in contributing with ideas for process improvements ;
- Other activities related to CMD required by the superior.
- University/ High school Diploma;
- Language: English and German;
- MS Office;
- Technical affinities (SAP);
- High level of customer and service orientation;
