• Responsible for main maintenance KPI of related production line, projects for machine performance stablization and CIP;负责相关产线的KPI，设备稳定的运行以及持续改进项目
• Maintenance competence development for responsible MAE, follow competence plan, know-how in electrical knowledge, familiar with SFC, ST；遵循能力发展计划，提升相关设备维护能力，电气专业知识背景，熟悉SFC，ST编程语言；

• Responsible for training of maintenance shop floor team; 负责技术员团队的技能培训；

• Leading problem solving of key malfunction, eliminatimg main problems of MAE, regular review for malfunction and define countermeasure repeat happened problems and OPLs;主导关键故障的问题解决，消除设备主要问题，定期回顾设备故障并对重复发生的问题以及OPL提出应对措施；

• AM,PM item regular review and update, support to improve TPM maturity;

  定期回顾并更新自护维护，计划维护的内容，支持提升TPM成熟度；

• Spare parts plan for related production line,  tracking and analyse usage of spare part, optimize stock value;                                                                                                                                   建立、更新相关产线的备件计划，跟踪分析备件消耗状况，优化降低备件库存价值；

• Support planning, pre-acceptance, final acceptance and release for new investment machine;

  支持新项目的计划，初验收，终验收以及放行；

• Contact with lead plant, partner plant and related suppliers for internal or external support and cooperation.

  对接母工厂，兄弟工厂以及相关供应商，实现内部或外部的支持与合作。

• Bachelor degree or above
• Background in electrics or mechanics
• Above 2-3 years’ experience on machine maintenance
• Have strong problem-solving skills
