Job Description

Your contribution to something big

  • Responsible for target achievement and business development within assigned territory
  • Responsible for implementation of the company’s aftermarket strategy
  • Guide, support and follow up on the distributor’s activity
  • Responsible for business development plans by spending majority time in market and engaging with customers of all channels
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence in areas of product requirements, customer issues, distributor activity, new business opportunities, and competition activities
  • Maintain and update all relevant data of the assigned territory (historical sales analysis, business potential, etc.)
  • Implement and develop the Bosch Service concept in the assigned territory by constant network expansion
  • Ensure turnover growth from all existing Bosch Service networks
  • Regularly support and interact with the functions in Dubai and Turkey for business development


What distinguishes you

  • Bachelor or master degree in engineering
  • Fluent English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Availability to travel and work extensively in the spare parts markets
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales/marketing in the Automotive industry, preferably in the spare parts business
