Job Description

What will you take care of?

We are looking for a candidate to be placed as Facility Management Specialist in the Real Estate and Facility department of Milano.

The resource will support the team in the following activities::

Help shaping the future: you will supervise the construction sites and suppliers of the Milan and Turin offices for their re-layout.

Experience cooperation: you will interface with the other company functions involved

Take on responsibility: you will manage and monitor the relevant budgets

Reliable implementation: you will supervise the help-desk activities and the management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance


What distinguishes you?

Education: Master Degree in Mechanical/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience and know-how: at least 3/5 years of experience in the Facility Management area.

Working Style: Good familiarity with the Office package and mastery of the main IT systems.

Personality: Strong motivation, customer orientation and result, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills.
