    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big

    • Responsibility: Provide an input of annual business action plan of the country, and support regional key account and key influences activities to achieve business goal.
    • Product Management: Strategize and develop additional business opportunities for existing customers. Support on customer needs and collection of competitor information as part of market trends. Develop and implement marketing strategy of defined product group in the country: Planning promotion baskets, sales campaigns and market a product launch efficiently based from market trends and end-user needs.
    • Sales Management: Ensure that margin is met and fortify sales target by increasing share of wallet with existing and new customers. Establish strong correlation consistently with customers.
    • Project Management: Provide feedback related to local product requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions of project within authorization scheme. Manage and monitor consistently on various projects with customers and work closely with the other team imparting in the project to ensure the execution of project implementation.
    • Support Technical Aspects: Support on application design to technical support team related to sound system. Ensure local certification of relevant products according to official standards by defining the needs and participating in local bodies/associations in alignment with business unit.
    • Price Management: Manage price maintenance and repositioning needs in a timely manner.

    Qualifications

    • „ Experience and Knowledge: 3-5 years’ experience in sales, product and channel management related to professional sound product.
    • Working Practice: Good foundation in implementing various sound system design projects. Result oriented communication and presentation skills.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or technical related background.
    • System Tools: Proficient in sales IT tools such as CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
