Job Description

1. Manage all commercial aspects of Bosch eBike Systems customers in Asia Pacific including negotiation with customers and contract management
2. Leading all RFQ/acquisition activities including coordination and completion of all necessary quotation documentation on time.
3. Assure customer satisfaction from the first engagement, through design-in phase, series production, and finally post sales support.
4. Analyze market opportunities in close cooperation with Product Management to create and implement sales strategies and to increase customer and market penetration while maximizing profitability.
5. Support business plan development process and internal activities. Including: accounting, sample order coordination, cost, revenue planning, volume planning ... etc.


-A strong, independent performer with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of operating autonomously, having a long-termed experience and excellent network
- Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field required
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, marketing, business development or account management is required
- Strong experience/knowledge in bicycle and cycling in general is highly preferred
- Strong customer orientation with distinct communication and effective negotiation
- Strong English skill both in written and oral mandatory (proficient)
- Chinese speaking skills a plus
