► Technical conception and implementation of business requirements in SAP C4C
► Fine-tuning and activities related to sales and service business objects (Master Data, Sales and Service Processes, Authorizations, Party Processing)
► Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and Experience in Creation of Extension Fields
► Support Standard Integration scenario of C4C with ECC and CRM using PI / HCI
► Create different reports
► Consult users and customers about solutions offered by SAP C4C Standard
► More than 2 years of Experience in customization/configuration of big CRM Solutions (SAP C4C, SAP onPrem, MS CRM, Salesforce, Oracle, Sugar CRM)
► Experience in fine-tuning and activities related to sales and service business objects (Master Data, Sales and Service Processes, Authorizations, Party Processing)
► Knowledge of Integration Scenarios of CRM and ERP Systems
► Create reports, based on the data source, via Adaptation Tools
► Experience in Data migration & cleansing tasks.
► Experience with the Issue handling within the scope of 2nd and 3rd level application support
