Job Description

Talent Acquisition overview, recruitment process ownership, support across all positions for resource acquisition, end to end recruitment activities for staffing

Work according to agile methodologies, work on recruitment priorities and urgencies;

HR reporting and statistics related to recruitment activity

HR general administration for HRL1 area

Recruitment process ownership and responsible for the recruitment work instruction and process compliance among all recruiters

End to end recruitment coordination: create advertisements, manage candidates, conduct probity checks, shortlist, coordinate interviews, new employee commencement activities for all staff, positions Manage LinkedIn account, job postings and candidate searching

Support HR with advertisement writing and candidate management for management roles

Manage Jobs& Careers inbox and recruitment reporting and cost tools

Support HRL with employer branding strategy and initiatives based on recruitment needs

Annual completion of Workplace Gender reporting activities

Costs overview for job portals agreed with COM on yearly base

KPI monthly reporting and responsible for KPI deviations and measures

Internal customer dedicated reports HRBP

Act as a common team with potential candidates for open positions

A set of measures used to evaluate whether the individual is performing the specific tasks against department and organization goals

Recruitment timelines met

Candidate management experience positive measured with surveys
