Job Description

  • To manage the talent management topics like potential management in context of business requirement.

  • Drive the talent management processes at RBEI level.

  • HR-BP for JMP (Junior Management Program)

  • HR analytics projects

  • Work on strategic HR topics

  • HR Policies

  • Other topics which may come up


Candidate with 4-8 years of experience in HR. Exposure to Talent Management topics is preferred.

He/she should have MBA – HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR from a Tier1/2 college.

The experience should include working on talent programs and development of talent.

The overview of HR policies, programs and strategic drivers would be an asset.

Additional Information


  • Strong PC skills with hands - on experience in Excel , Word and  PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
