Job Description

Job Responsibilities

 

- To develop and execute a commercial strategy for online sales team

- Deliver digital business annual sales and profitability targets.

- Responsible for developing and delivering online promotion and marketing plan.

- Work closely with other departments, and develop online marketing programs based on in-depth customer understanding to enhance sales performance and profitability.

- Relentlessly explore new growth opportunity in e-commerce channels via close work with marketing and product development teams.

- Continuously review and improve overall e-commerce operation efficiency and seamless connection to key company processes.

Qualifications

- Master degree or above educational background, major in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Management is preferred

- 2+ year experience in Digital business, E-commerce related

- Project experience in B2B, O2O area is a plus

- With good business negotiation ability, public relations network, rich marketing planning ability and marketing ability

- High business sense, strong learning ability, excellent analytical and interpretative skills, clear logic and open-minded

- Excellent communication and influence skills;

- Fluent in both written and spoken English
