Job Description

1. Independently handling OE customers (OEC) for support on Common Rail System
2. Customer field complaints within warranty.
3. Co-ordination for Quality topics with Local Analysis Centre & Bosch plants, Q-reviews with management & OE customers, related visits to OEC, OEC dealers & field visits.
4. Data preparation on field statistics

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/E&TC/Instrumentation with 2-4 years of experience in Quality, Automobile or Automobile services

Additional Information

1. Knowledge of
    a) Basics & functioning of Diesel fuel injection systems and Gasoline fuel injection system
    b) Overview of Diesel and Petrol engines
2. Good knowledge on computers (MS Office packages)
3. Systematic working with ownership, responsibility and proactive in nature
4. Good oral & written communication skills
