Job Description

Customer support measures in the assigned territory – emphasis on OE customers and their dealer network

- Warranty Administration and controls

- Joint investigations, vehicle level diagnosis related to customer complaints

- OEM / OE dealer campaign participation

- Spare parts / service units planning & management

- Product performance feedback to plants

- Responsible for Gujarat


- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics)

- 3 to 5 years of  experience in After sales / customer support functions in Auto sector – vehicle /

  component industry

- Knowledge on Truck / Tractors / Passenger car vehicle systems

- Knowledge on workshop processes and billing of services

- Good Communication and Entrepreneur Skills

- Willing to travel / re-location to suit customer service needs

- Self learning mind set

- Candidates from vehicle / auto component industry

Additional Information
