Job Description

  1. Provide technical support to the business partners and end-users, via phone, email or on-site.
  2. Assist sales function and business partners for product specification.
  3. On-site commissioning of our systems and products.
  4. Project coordinator for security systems T&C.
  5. Provide training programs with target audience internally and externally.
  6. Assistance to the advertising and brand building events.
  7. Assist in following up product return and repair processes.

Qualifications

  1. Degree/Higher Diploma holder of Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, IT/ Computer Science or related disciplines
  2. At least 2 years working experience in technical support to sales team 
  3. Familiar with ELV/ IT/ Security industry,CCNA certified is much preferred
  4. Knowledge of commercial goods import/export is an advantage
  5. Good communications skill and team spirit with customer orientation mindset.
